Okay let me start all over again i live in texas, and i have 6 internet payday loans. I need help getting out of these.

Can anyone help me get a phone number or anything for this company. AIP is how it is listed on my bank statement. I know they are a payday loan company. I want to settle my account with them. Thank you.

I keep getting the same response from MTE, United Cash Loans AND US Fast Cash: "I have forwarded your email to the correct department handling your account. You can contact us at 1-800 blah, blah, blah" So, I sent them the following...at least 20 times over again: "I've forwarded your emails to the correct department, i.e. Florida State Attorney's Office to handle your request. You can contact the department handling the investigation into your illegal practices at Fraud Hotline 1-866-966-7226 and turn yourselves in."

I want to borrow money to pay off some right now due yesterday bills and then pay the company pay at least twice a month for what I borrow and not be hassled because I get behind 1 or 2 payments at anytime and I need a little more than $ 300 or $ 500 and my credit is really bad so I can't go to the bank - now what?

Hey guys: Does anyone have a copy of the "form" letter I need to send these clowns revoking any wage assignment, ACH authorizations, contacting my employer/references, asking them to correspond with me through US Postal Service only, etc? I've sent them "versions" 50 times over again but only via email...and in my own words BUT, I know there is a form debt validation letter including the above referenced revocations that I'd like to send via certified mail...just for documentations sake. Anyone have something put together that I can send via snail mail? Thanks!

I have a question, I have several loans, I called each company to find out how to convert to a payment plan. All of them seem to be different, most make you pay the fee (say $95 on a $700 loan) when you first convert. Then they split the loan amount out into 4 or 5 payments. Some of them told me they make you pay the $95 and then split the loan with a fee again? i.e. $795 /4 say...others said you pay the $95 and then they split the $700 and don't make you pay another fee.

what are charge off accounts and how do i get them off of a credit report?

Okay. I responded to Eastside Lenders. Did I take long enough? LOL! I reminded them once again that they are lending illegally, that I had been trying to contact them for over a month, stated my state law, blah, blah. The same thing all over again. However, I also added that I was in disagreement with them showing a balance of $530 on a $300 loan. I asked them how they calculated that amount. And also addressed the issue of them continuing to try to debit my account after revoking their privilidge.

Gensis Collections contacted me about a debt that was well passed SOL. I sent them a letter requesting validation.I asked for orginal account,payment history,recipts.Today I got a letter from them saying they did not have original information .So,They have canceled the debt and will have it removed from all credit reporting agencies. :D :D :D We can make these collection agencies "validate" these old accounts that are past SOL.We must be deligent in making them provide information.

Just never paid anything when i was 18 and having fun with credit cards, A bad move but i have to get back out of the hole now.
