My husband has a 1993 Chevy Astro van that he just got in May. He never got around to making an extra set of keys yet. Yesterday, he wet out to his van, got me a few bucks, gave it to me, came back in the house, and went back to bed. The keys are nowhere to be found. All he knows is that he used them to unlock the van, put his windows down, got the money, and came back in the house. We searched the house for at least 6 hours last night. No keys anywhere. He never loses anything and he always sets them down on the counter in the same place.

I have an awful lot of debt and would love to some way rebuild my credit and make one payment for all of them so I can afford to pay them all back. I have been living over seas for about 2yrs now so most of my debt is with credit agancies. I would really and trully like to get this all straight so I can start building up my credit score again. how do you get a debt consolidation loan if you have a terrible credit score?

i had an account with Household Credit Card services that was sold to WAP and now being handle by these Leading Edge Company this company is very rude would not accept a payment plan unless i gave 40% up front ,so i sent a letter to them certified to stop their communications with me and i would contact the orignal creditor i've sent household a letter certified explaining that my account was closed for non payment but i would like to make payments now and enclosed a check for 50.00 they processed it.Two questions :will household continue to accept my payments.and how do i get these leading ed

Hi All, I've been reading a lot of the posts in this forum since being contacted by a collection agency about a debt they say I owe where the last payment was in Dec. 2000, and I now owe around 2K. A guy from this agency told me that a group of lawyers were going to sue me the very next day (June 29) if I didn't get this taken care of that day. I didn't awknowledge owing the debt. One of the things I've seen across this site is using the defense that the statue of limitations is expired. At the time, I lived in Michigan, and moved to California shortly after.

Hey everyone, I was thinking about this last night. Since it seems that most of these IPL "lenders" are illegal and do not operate with a license in most states, we shouldn't be afraid in the least to stand up for ourselves and only pay them back what we owe them (personally, that's how I feel, I know some might argue that you don't even need to do that, but I wouldn't feel right not paying back what I owe LEGALLY.) Since coming to this site, I have learned so much, main thing being THEY CANNOT DO ANYTHING TO US!! They can't sue, can't report on our CRs, so what's the threat really?

As you all pretty much know I requested information through discovery from WWR, the lawfirm representing CACH. Anyway, my last question to them was and here is there response. Plaintiff is willing to provide a copy of legal ownership of this debt in contract from to defendant. Admit_____ Deny __X__ Defendant has no right to the contract. How can a judge think this is right.

I dont know what to do I am in payday loan hell and I dont think I can get out. I feel like I am in a grave and the dirt is coming in on me. Please help if you can. I have LOTS of pay day loans. Some clear back from 8/06!! Is there a way out?
