We we live in WI and have/had a PDL with CashNetUSA. WE closed our checking acct in the begining of June to get control back of our money due to other PDL's. On June 16th we mailed a cashiers check to CashNetUSA to PIF. They still have not cashed the check and we continue to get emails about them collecting have emailed and talked to several differant people at CashNetUSA and was told not to pay attn to the emails they keep sending if the payment has been sent it is taking them 4 to 6 weeks to open and post payments. 4 To 6 weeks??? Am I just being paranoid or does this not seem right??

I paid my apartment rent on time. When I moved out they charged me an unknowingling $150 dollars before I know it. Its on my credit report! How do i fix this?

I need serious help with my payday loans, what is the law in nj to get out of these if you can't make the 2 week payments? I have loans that if i don't paydown the debt they just keep charging me the finance charge. What can you tell me about just closing my account and saying see ya to these people? Tiredandpissed

I got divorced last year, have a truck financed through my old bank. Financing was in both mine, and my ex wifes' names in the state of North Carolina. I have sinced moved back home to California and have gone through some really hard times as far as jobs and money goes. I have gotten back on my feet and am working a full time permament job making more than enough to make all of the payments necessary. The problem is, that when I lost my old job and the ability to pay my vahicle loan and credit card payments, I got scared and just stopped responding to their calls, letters, etc...

I am a full time college student and at the age of 18 i signed up for my first credit card, since then i have aquired 7. i am 19 now soon to be 20 in october, and working only 20 hours a week i cannot seem to make any progress on paying my bills, they just seem to be getting larger and larger. i am about to go crazy trying to get them all paid in a timely manner, if your service can help me please let me know. OK, here is the situation. My dads woman is disabled now and she stopped paying her CC bills and never got the extra insurance (stupid) But she wanted me to write forgiveness letters to these CC companies. Well she gave me all of her statements (some not even opened) And her Capitol One sent her a letter telling her to respond within 30 days or they will start legal matters (she has 6 days left to respond). So I told my dad to contact a lawyer. This lady had to file chapter 7 after her hubby passed away 6 years ago. Can she still file for chapter 7 now?

I still haven't heard from the AG nor anyone else for that matter. I started with 15 PDL's and have gotten 5 PIF. Of the remaining 10 4 still had principle I had not paid off. Of those 4 2 are with MTE and the 2 others are my cash now and Discount Advances. MTE, One Click Cash, ameriloan, United and 500 Fast Cash have been part of my life for years. I shudder to think what I have actually paid them in interest on all the loans I had with them.

anyone has the address for paycheck today. I have been threating letter from them and I don't have a address i got a fax # I'm getting so stress with these people I fax them and told them my situation.
