What do you think...I went back to writing my report but then I remembered an email I got last week from 1 of the other ipdls..I deleted it...but I dug it back out again just now. It was an email from Nationwide Cash...telling me this was a friendly reminder that I could qualify for another loan at a lower interest rate as a returning customer....does anyone think maybe they marked me pif and just didn't tell me??? This was the first one I grappled with and the first I filed with BBB, etc. ??????

I have got to get a report finished for work but I had to share. I just got my 1st PAID IN FULL!!!! Upfront Cash settled for the amount I had already paid which was just the principle. I emaild all of my payday loans 7 days before I closed my account requesting that they contact me in writing of another way to pay the principal balances on my accoung 2 out of the 9 on my bank statment replied however with only one sending anything via usps. What are my rights in getting detailed full balance amount as well as a copy of my loan agreements for my files? I can not refinance my home to get cash out since I am already 95% ltv due to a replaced furnace this past winter. Also how to I work with my natural gas company my budget amount was $135 before June 1st.

I do know: CashNetUSA NetCashUSA Arrowhead Investment CMG Group SGQ (it's something like that) OneClickCash I can feel for those who have been threatened by "Collection" people for CMG Group! I got a call last Thurs. threatening me about being taken to FL, taken to court, and jail time from a guy named Daniel Wright! He was so rude and ignorant! He called while I was out of the office and left the message with a co worker of mine: "You might go to jail today". She was so upset and worried about this.

Today's assignment was GECC. I received a letter from PD Recovery Inc - Collections from Utah over the weekend. I called them when I got home and had to leave a message but they called back about an hour later. The first girl I talked to was very nice but told me she just wasn't up on all the state laws so she passed me on to her supervisor. She started off with the old now let me understand you signed a contract, you knew the terms and now you don't want to pay us back.

Does anybody know if you can record a telephone conversation with these people if when they call or you call them you first say "Just so you are aware I will be recording all our conversations from this point on. OK?" is this legal and if they then use scare tactics or threats would you then have a case!! Just thinking about turning the tables in our favor!!

I am so confuse of whether to utilize a dmp and if so what company to use. Does anyone have any insight?
