Hello, I live in Indiana and currently have 5 payday loans out. As I have read here already, many of you know all of my paycheck is going to the fees, etc.

Someone on here said they took on each pdl 1 at a time ...I'm thinking that may be a good idea. That and filing complaints with the AG's in the states the pdl originated from?? I hate sitting here and not doing anything. I guess I feel as long as I am doing something...anything...then eventually 1 things that I try might be the right thing??? Any opinions?? Or suggestions??

Does anyone have contact info for Your Cash Bank out of Utah. I think they also go by United Capital. Are they licensed. I sent them info requesting payment arrangements several weeks ago and have yet to hear from them. I want to send something by mail, and also have the info should I decide to go forward with a CH 13. I only owe them 260 for a 200 loan and would prefer to pay them. Thanks

I am filing bankruptcy and I wanted to make sure I included all payday loans,as they are the reason I'm having to file. I am in over my head and you are only allowed 2 payday loans out in Ky. How did I end up with 13?

OK, I had one of the greatest experiences in my life at last night's show. I was working the elevator to backstage and took a food supervisor down. The door opened and I heard a keyboard being played. The guy stepped out and stepped back in to tell me that CHICAGO was jamming backstage! I opened that door for a few minutes, and sat in the elevator just listening. My own concert, just for me...I also met some of the crew that travels with them, including one of their horn technicians, who was transporting their instruments.

Debt verification letter, does it really work?? I have two large dings on my credit report, one is a 10,000 $ old credit card, it will leave my credit report on november 2009, it has been sold too many times to remember to MANY different companies, should I let it go and let it drop off in two years or fight it with the VOD letter, and if I fight will it renew the statute of limitations, starting the clock all over again ??

I have a few payday loans out I had got some advice the other day and I closed my account with the bank and opened a new one, come to find out those pains went and put my old account in the red AGAIN!! What can I do. I told then I revoke any right to debit my account and it is closed?

Hi, I just found this site tonight. I don't know what to do. I have five payday loans and I can't afford to pay them. They are taking my whole check and I can't even pay my bills and pretty soon I don't know how I will feed my kids. I'm a single parent ever since my husband was killed last year and things have been tough. I don't know what to do. Can I get a loan to pay them off? I am desperate.
