hello i hope someone on here can help me with a letter i want to write to collection agencies that the internet payday loans sent to. none of the ipdl are licensed in the state of Minnesota and it very hard to convince the department of commerce to take action against these unlicensed lenders. i saw in a earlier post that all contracts are illegal are null and void here some of the internet payday loans with collection agencies.. payday max- with united legal not sure if they sold them or if there assigned to it..

Why is it every time I start searching out owners of collection agencies in Florida,I find people with criminal records?

I'm not sure if this is going in the right forum, but I just want to post that my daughter is 16 and has a job at McDonald's. Well, I get the mail today and there was a credit card application for her :evil: This is really bothering me b/c I just wonder how cc companies would get info about her. Needless to say, I'm gonna shred that app and pray that no more come in the mail.

I am with $40,000 debt, what are the solutions? Should i go for 1) debt consolidation 2) debt consolidation loan 3) debt settlement 4) Cash Out refinance 5) bankruptcy 6) Full repayment 7) .... Can you please help me choose, I am totally confused, which is the best option and how do I choose one?

So I called my local Bank of America branch this morning to ask about closing my accounts and if I needed to sit down with someone or just come in or what have you. I explained my situation to a woman named Wendy and why the accounts need to be closed and she told me that I needed to called customer service first to place ACH blocks on the amounts that have previously been charged to my account. I said, well can't you close down the account and block any further ACH attempts, she said no.

I went to Checksmart today (A storefront pdl comapny) and begged them to let me take on some sort of payment plan. I offered to pay $150 of the $490 I owed them. The manager pretended like she was going to accept it. She took the cash and she then came back with a money order with "checksmart" written in the "Pay to the order of" box. and then said "Come back when you have the rest. She also gave me a card to corporate and said to call a "Mr. Monroe" if I wanted to possibly make a payment arrangement. Overall she was just a huge **** about it.

We had a repossed car yesterday we had gotten no noticed or anything our question is shouldn't they have notified up and given us a chance to bring it up to date or pay it off we owed less then a year of paying it off. And can they take our other car away since it is payed off,

they just withdrew 170.00 from my checking. I am done paying them, I don't owe them anymore money. what do I do? Does anyone know how to contact them? I just knew it. I am sick to my stomach, literally sick, I don't know what I am going to do. Go get another loan? I don't think so. Oh my gosh. Why? please, any info. thanks. lisa
