I took all your advice yesterday and just concentrated on one PDL today. I picked Speedypayday I started off by filling out the UTAH state complaint form I had found online, printed and faxed it on its way. Then I went back online and tried to login but it wouldn't let me. So...I called customer service. I started off by telling them that I had called numerous times before and that I had overpaid my loan so I had stopped payments and just wanted to see if they had called in a PIF. She put me on hold and said she had to call the main office.
