I've been reading people talking about T&C, and I've tried to search them, but I keep getting bounced around to debt consolidation companies with various different names. I'm wondering what company to talk to, because the last one I talked to told me they couldn't help me with Cash Call. But people here have said they'll help with other payday loans.

I am self employed and i am needing to fix my credit to refi my house due to old collections and recent late on my mortgage my score are super low and even if i pay my credit cards to 0.00 it does not help due to old collections rereporting.

Palisades is harassing me. They are trying to collect from me a debt which was I believe charged off in 1995. The debt occurred in Texas and the last name on this $1000+ debt no longer is mine in fact.At one point I was told on the phone that I would be sorry if I ignored them. Most of us here have probably had some credit problems one time or another and many of us here have had the unfortunate privilege to have dealings with PDL companies using and abusing our checking accounts. Having a good and personal relationship with your branch bank can help tremendously when these situations arise. If at all possible try and get some kind of personal relationship with someone at the bank, manager, assistant manager. Go in and just ask about different types of accounts or loans, be personable with them try and build a relationship.

Hello, guys: Okay, this is TOO strange. I received an email this morning from my bank (bank logo was the same and the bank's name was part of the url) stating that because of several ineffective attempts to logon to my account, my online privileges had been blocked. It included a link where I could "verify my identity" so that I could continue using online banking. The weird thing is, the email address they used is THE ONE I GAVE MY THREE PDLs... when I went to my online banking site, I signed on with NO problem.
