Ok, so my daughter has settled and paid with money order a medical bill back in May. I disputed the entry on her report with the bureaus... they came back and left it as remains so i in turn sent them ALL the paper work between her and the CA along with copies of payment and PIF letter. It is STILL on her report! It's been over 2 weeks now! Do we wait a little longer or what's the NEXT step to getting this updated as PIF as we agreed upon? I'm getting annoyed, had she just NOT paid it, it would have come off in a year! Grrrrrrrrrrr thanks for any help, ANg

hey, well I just started with Hess Kennedy about a month ago. Unfortunately I did it without doing some research. I signed up with them through The Credit Exchange (thecreditexchange.com). I've been getting a bit frightened by all the posts that have been going up around here. Now tell me, is there ANY positive feedback for these guys, ANY at all... Well I guess they decided to call me in a different route this time, this lady introduced herself and stated that she was from United Federal Bank and said that if we would be disconnected here was her phone number, which you see above...she told me that her company was filing a motion in court for my fraudulent actions only if I wasnt willing to work with her...I asked her for the amount which she couldnt tell me but told me it was from B&L and that I had a few other pdl out there!

Hello, I am with the United States Marine Corps. I have been behind on bills for a wjile now. I am always struggling and living payday to payday. I have 2 kids and with the bills and car payments it is hard to stay a head. i am trying to get all my bills caught up and have my vehicles put on to one loan. I am requesting for a consolidation loan to get everything caught up and beable to pull myself out of debt. I having been trying and it seems like I have just been getting worse and worse. I have been doing this for about 5 1/2 years now. Is there a way i can get any help? Thank you.
