I just received a message on my answering machine from this # telling me to call regarding my credit card account...that I was not in trouble but they can offer me a lower interest rate...I'm not sure what to think about this one Does anyone know who this is? Thanks.

i received court papers stating that i was being sued. apparently a law enforcement officer personally delivered this paper work to my parents house. the paper work states that i have 20 days to reply. the paper work comes states that i'm the defendant and cach,llc is the plantiff. has anyone had this happened to them or heard of anything similar to this.

So I received another email from Dustin from SJM Marketing telling me that they are located in Nevis West Indies and that they do not have to follow Florida laws. What do I do now?

Okay people. I have printed out EVERY piece of correspondence for Quickest-Cash-Advance and One Click Cash. I'll save US Fast Cash for tomorrow. This is exhausting! We are dealing with Check n Go online here in WI where there are some store front Check N Go's the problem we have is we closed our acct about two weeks ago to try to get our life back have also taken care of 3 storefront pdls and got our mortgage,auto loans, utilities caught up. Now we have not heard anything from Check N Go online (First Bank of Delaware) untill today demanding payment TODAY or else! The orig. loan amount was 1200 have paid them 1320. The guy we talked to told us that a payment of 330 had to be made TODAY or they would pursue further action.

I made a suggestion in another thread that if someone has any broken or old gold jewelry, watches or coins that have no sentiment you would be shocked at how much you can get for it. My wife and I paid the rent two months ago and were left with little to by food with or put gas in the car. She went on line and found a local pawn shop that everyone spoke highly of. Beware! Lots of crooks in that business. She had a couple old chains. One that she found and one that had been run over plus A couple of single earings. We went to the shop and the two brothers that ran it were the nicest guys.

Between my husband and I we have around &30,000.00 in credit card debt and loans. We pay around $900.00 a month towards those. We want to move into our own apartment in 2 months, but we are wondering how debt consolidation could help us, and how it would affect out credit score.

I tried and tried to work out payment with this company, and all they are doing is harassing me, saying that if I don't pay by 2pm they will sue me... It seems weird that I am trying and trying to work something out, but all they want to do is threaten me. HELP!!!!
