I just received an email from PayDayOk stating that they are sorry I am disappointed in their services and that they consider my account paid in full! I could not have done this without the help of everyone on this forum. I cannot thank you guys enough! However, my battle with USFastCash is still being waged. Details in my next posting.

My Problem:I have a mobile pizzeria that I started with previous partners in May 05. By Feb 06 I demanded truck back because I wasn't getting paid my min due for my Chase credit card of 26,000. I was going over my bank account statement from last month and there was a debit on there from 9 Dollar? Who in the world is 9 Dollar? I've never even heard of that one. I'm sure it was one of my pdl's using a different name, but can't figure out which one. (Kind of sad, huh?) Is this another MTE pdl name? Wouldn't surprise me in the least. But has anyone else heard of 9 Dollar? And if so, what pdl is it? Of course it must have another pdl name besides 9 Dollar. Call me stupid, but I can't figure out which one it is.

I got a letter today from Checkmate, a storefront pdl, addressed to T & C, stating that they do accept this type of arrangement and to have the customer (me) call them to discuss the account. T & C sent them a proposal of $25 per month. I know they sent a payment. If T & C shows that they cashed the check do I have any recourse? Also has anyone had any luck with having their states DFI contact the pdl (they are licensed) and insist they work with them on arrangements? I am going to call T & C first thing in the morning but I need some advice.

So I get this call from Midland Credit claiming that if I dont pay up on this $965 dollar bill from verizon so of course I set up payment plans. Like an idiot because this was due to go off my credit report in 1 yr. Anyway I was looking at my credit report and it has two collection agencies on there that both say I owe them from the same Verizion account (both with the same account number) however they do have different balances (the other is like 1100). How is this possible? Which collection agency is the ligtamite one?
