I got a new type of call from ASG yesterday....it was a message on machine that said 'we are attempting to reach....if you are there pick up phone in 5 seconds...okay, this is ASG, we are attempting to collect a debt from you...'it goes on about # to call back. Has anyone else had this type of call? I was not the person who got to the message first so they have let others know in my household about this through the message. Legal???? By the way I sent a validation letter to them, still no answer from them.

I recently get letter from the plantiff chch llc on deffendent baljinder sandhu, i want to know how i will get off from this situation, They want me to pay my debt amount. but from the last 3 to 4 years i am not working no job. so how could i pay that amount to plantiff chch llc. I had a visa with Peoples Bank (in Ct) and I want to settle the account with them. They seem to have been bought out by someone else and they do not have records of my account. It is the only thing left that I need to clear up to improve my credit. Does anyone know what I can do or who I can contact to settle :?:I have not had any action on it since 2003.

I was divorced in 1991. My ex didn't want anything from me (child support, etc.)Well, around 1996, my ex went on public assistance and the state (NY) then came to me for child support. Thus, I had several judgments filed against me for child support between 1998 and 2000 for wage garnishment. Up until May 2005 they were only listed on TU as judgments with the estimated dates of removal, the last due to fall of in May 2007. Through the years, with garnishments, extra payments and seizing of my tax refunds, these judgments have been paid off.

I'm baacckkkk...after 10 hours of funk!!!!!!!!! We sailed along with Lakeside and went to the Land of Funk, were on FIRE with the Ohio Players, did Wordup with Cameo, grooved out with Whodini and finished off the day with Teena Marie!!!!!! We were also 11 ushers short, so we all worked our u-know-what's off....It was a fun show..and I had several guys dancing with me in the aisles--and only had to bust one for smoking weed, so all in all, it was a good night...
