Hello. I'm hoping someone can help me or give me direction. In 2008 I co-signed for a loan for my nephew who was living with me at the time. Foolish, yes I know, but my heart was with good intention. Anyways, I received a letter from the above law firm stating that RBS Citizens have hired them to collect the money due. They called me here at work and my nephew was on the conference call as well. He was willing to make the payments, but they refused to deal with him since I am the co-signer and they are "within the law" to come to me for full collection.

I had a loan with sonar holdings and I received a call from a restricted number informing me that im about to get served papers for breach of cpntract for not paying a payday loan back. He told me to call 8556021155 and I did. I got Mr. Ethan Rogan who said he works with frs and associates. At first he wanted $856 at once with no payment arrangements, then when I said just serve the papers he gave me me two payments to pay at $456 each. I didnt have a loan for that much. I gave my debit card info but I think im going to block the transactions because something doesnt seem right.

I'm been served with papers that I need to go to court. And the one that are taking me to court are CACH, LLC. I didn't owe them nothing. I don't know if they are a collection agency or something. What can I do now. I can't afford no garnish for my pay check. please help me

My wife received a request in the mail to fill out a form telling World Financial Network National Bank what they are allowed to do with her credit information. As far as we know, she has no accounts or anything else with this bank. Neither of us ever heard of them before. What should she do to find out what prompted this request?

I have no debt they could be trying to collect. I just hung up the first several times. Then listened long enough to get the recording of 'if this is not the correct number' and pressed the digit so they would take me out of their data base. The calls kept coming. I called back, got a very nice lady, and explained the issue.

how can i keep the agreement after i return to work. i am still unemployed. EMAIL REMOVED PER TOS p.s. according to my last credit report all items will be removed on or before october 2012 should i still worry .

is edollars even real?? i have been receiving phone calls and messages demanding a payment and they also told me that they have an affidavit to collect a payment from edollars and also they have my SS# and criminal background. Really persistant person talking about if you pay this settlement now then you will never hear from us again. I have heard about edollars and I tried google them and nothing shows up on that. What do I do?? should I settle??
