Hello I recently received a letter from Benjamin, Michael, & Associates. The letter stated that I owed them $663.00 on a $300 PDL. Has anyone ever dealt with these people? I know the PDL is legimate, but as you can see the amount has more than doubled. Any advice?

My daughter had a medical bill turned over to CA, is same CA that i've been fighting! Anyway, she didn't wanna dispute it as she said it WAS indeed her bill. So, i helped her to write a letter to them which they responded with givng her a 25% off original amount. She immediately paid it with USPS money order and sent in a letter to be signed and sent back as paid in full. Well as of today, this CA is still on her credit report and is still showing the original balance as nothing has been paid on it! Did she mess up by paying these people?

Hi, Im thinking about signing up for a AccountNow atm card, online bill pay,etc. Has anyone heard of them and if so, what are they like. They say I can have my paycheck direct deposited into my account there, have a paper check-draft through them to pay my bills from it online, use the atm card as anyother atm card,etc. My question is , is this for real. Can they do all of this for a membership fee of less than $10.00 a month? What do the paper checks look like, has anyone every seen one? Your advise and suggestions as this time would be great. A dear friend was called into the office on friday and told. I am writing this from her point of view. She is our receptionist. I am sorry to inform you that our budget has been cut and that we can no longer afford to pay your wages and benefits. Reality: You wasted money, you spent like the government would just keep the wad coming year after year. While I have busted my buns, recycled every piece of scrap paper, used and re-used office materials and did everything I could to save us money. Reality: I need a second to absorb this, Why am I the one to suffer.
