i was served for a judgement in early Aprl, i sent a validation letter and sent it to the courthouse as well. The collection agency still hasnt responded, and i checked with the courthouse they said nothing has happened since i filed my response. Now what should i do?

About two months ago a received a very threatening letter in the mail from Nationwide Debt Reduction Services that I thought was a collection notice. The information on the letter wasn't accurate but it stated,

"Failure to call [us] and make your minimum monthly payments will likely result in interest accruing on your unsecured credit balances at an unreasonable rate."

I did some browsing online first before calling them and found that they are sending out these spam pieces of mail to everyone.

Hi everyone, Last year I had a business fail and both personal/business debts attached to me. I was quite depressed and moved to Thailand but have since somewhat gotten back on my feet. I now have a Wyoming LLC and work as a freelancer in Thailand, sometimes with US clients. The LLC's bank account is only used for accepting client payments (direct or via Paypal/Stripe) and making transfers to my Thai bank (personal), or to my US broker (also under the LLC's business name).
