I have sent PDLs letters stating that they are in violation of Iowa PDL laws re:interest and rollover policied. I'm getting responses from them saying that they are licensed in Iowa, but they are governed in their state (NV for one). Any ideas of how to refute that? Thanks!

I have made alot of credit mistakes, now that i am in the position to pay off my crediters i have to many payday loans out there that are eating me alife. I would say that 85% of my paycheck each pay period goes to payday loans as as we all know they never go away. I need help in getting rid of them and wanted to clean up my credit. But when you go to those places even your own bank that tells you there is a second chance out there, its just a line. There are no second chances if you have bad credit you can't get a loan with anyone.

Unfortunately, I was approved for a loan with Cashcall. I am barely hanging on as far as the payments,I needed money quickly. I only wanted to borrow $1500 and they deposited $2600 into my account and said that was the base amount. my account is debited 216.00 a month. I began payments in Jan 2007, call the other day for payoff and they said $2699.00. I have been trying to consolidate is with 2 other loans and no one will approve it. What can I do, it is automatically coming out of my account?

No, not beening funny our county does not have to many courts and the Magistrates will not do cases like that to one lady I have talked too.Matter-in fact she told me she can not think of one court in the county that does court cases about debt!!!!I was worried because my wife has this payday loan and it went to collections and we have not seen or herd nothing in 8 months????I can tell you we a Family court,Magistrates,crime,Probate,BUT no civil courts or smallclaims court.
