:( I am really sorry for getting mixed up with the payday loans but I have learn my lesson and never again but how do I get them to stopping taking money out of the badfnk and running charges on the account to make NSF charges that way I can not pay them due to this. I live in texas and do not know the laws concerning the loans as in closing my account and stop payment on the account. what can they do to me like take my wages or income tax. I've defaulted on my loan to them and I'm trying to work out a payment plan (very unresponsive to that!) and in looking at the contract I signed it says: Quote:
