can you please tell me how I can consolidate payday loan debt. My husband and I have 5 outstanding paydayloans out totaling 3380.00. this is taking over my income and need away out please tell me where I can go for help.

so i took her to the vet on saturday. he told me that she is really 3-4 years old. only weighs 3 pounds 9 ounces. said she was obviously abused. her leg wasnt broken just deformed. he did a skin test, she doesnt have any parasites which is good and she is on a antibiotic. after she gets mroe comfortable and settled in i have to take her in to have some blood tests and to get her fixed. and still no name yet ....

Debt is very old. Trying to get it taken care of. Email is the best way to comunicate for now. Somewhere around 10,000. I think mstly fines and intrest.

I have been desperately trying to get these folks to work with me on a payment arrangement all to no avail. Does anybody know anything about them or their collection techniques?

I need a way to get them paid off. I can't afford them anymore with all the fees. Who can help me, please!

Has anyone dealt with this company, where they send you prepaid phone cards for getting a loan with them I am trying to settle with this lender because I have overpaid like 300 dollars and they keep saying they are not a payday lender, they just offer money to get the prepaid phone cards. (doesn't make much sense to me).

WOW, they were so nice! But now they want me to write a summary of all that has transpired over the last 2 years with dates and fax over ALL information i have! That will be job so i'll work on it this afternoon and try to fax it over to them ASAP! Please keep ur fingers crossed for me that i may FINALLY have found an atty that wants to help me! Has anyone had to deal with them? I have a contract with Lady of America (a women's fitness club). I had to open a new bank account (per my bank's suggestion) because my previous one became compromised online. I missed ONE payment to these people because of that. So when I called in May to give them my new information, they said that I owed the payment I missed in April with late fees, plus FOUR in advance. I argued with them and hung up before I could give the new bank information. Now they have sent me to a collection agency here in Miami.
