I had called the 800 number posted on the front of the forum because I needed debt consolidation advice. My phone call and speaking with a CSR generated a new registration email and new password. So when I logged in after the call, it would not let me access my old account with my old password, and as a result, I've lost all my points too! :shock:

Hello, I just wanted to share my story. I actually found this page today when trying to look up a number that came across my cell phone. I currently live in Florida and well I feel that I have been swallowed by the payday loan sharks. I can not seem to get them paid or keep up with them. Now today I have payments due and with all my normal bills and the fact that my bank account was already overdrawn, none of them will clear. Come Monday I do not even want to answer my phone.

I have made a huge mess and I am found this site kind of by mistake. I actually had like 5 payday loans going at once, and I managed to pay off 3 of them, I was making arrangements to pay off the other 2 when I lost my job. Now because of these payday loans my account is in the negative and they are still trying to take money out of my account, thus causing me to get farther and farther in the hole. Both companies are making up to 7 simontanious attempts to withdraw funds, each at a cost of $25 NSF fee to my account.

Someone keeps sending me a quick message but I can't find the place to view it on the left side of the window it says i have no new messages...

i have horrible credit and i am past due i have a crappy job and only can afford 30 dollar payments to my creditors and they are threating to garnish my wages, i can't have that done i have a disabled son and i need help.

I will be coming into a rather large sum of money within a few days and not really sure what I should do about my credit. Both my wife and I have poor credit. We have alot of credit cards and such in collections. Should we payoff one or two in full or settle on maybe nine or ten. Some of the accounts are already charged off so I am confused on what is the more benefical thing to do! Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Also we are hoping to be able to buy a home within 3 years (without having to pay an arm and a leg in interest because of our credit scores) Thank you for your time.

How should I ask if I can make a lump sum payment to pay a debt? I'm on disability and still have not received any checks from my workers comp.

I really enjoy the comfort and help this forum offers during such a hard time. Ive been trying to understand how to use the sample letter from Pollyandsays blog but it just doesnt make sense with all the parenthesis and bars..just too muich going on in that template for me to understand. If any one can help I would really appreciate it. My main goal is just to contact to pdl companies because I have overpaid and I want my account PIF status. My next payment is june 12 and Ill be dead broke if I cant get this resolved by then.

Okay, so I think the Beneficial saga has finally ended for us. It's been a long struggle with them over the last few months. We had made payment arrangements with the attorney's office but for some reason they wanted a judgement against hubby. They really never answered that question and we never understood why. We just kind of feel like they were being buttheads. Hubby went to court this morning and no one from the attorney's office showed up. It really didn't surprise us since they are four hours from us. They didn't even have a local represent them which kind of miffed the judge.
