I pretty much live pay check to pay check and was layed off long enough to get way behind in my bills,. I had a bill for medical procedures that was sent to collection. I made an agreement with them to pay $20. a month until I could pay more. I payed that $20. EVERY month. Now they have sent a threatening letter saying that I refuse to pay even though I am working and called me on the phone that they are going to take me to court to get the rest of the money. Can they get a judgement even if I am paying faithfully? They want $50 a month and I can't afford that right now.

Hi! I am new to all this and have recently run into some serious debt from payday loans. We had a little trouble in April and I foolishly decided that payday loans would be the best way out of trouble. Now it seems like all I'm paying is interest and it could take me several months to pay my way out off all this mess. Could someone please help? I have been reading alot of posts, but am very confused!! Please help me figure out what I legally owe and how much I still have to pay to get out of this messs.

I borrowed 300.00 from Express Cash or WEstbury Ventures or whatever you want to call the company that has the ability to change their names. I had been paying back to 90.00 a month since October and by April i got fed up and put a stop payment and they just changed their names and kept doing it. The bank worked with me and refused to give in. Well, now they harass me and are telling me I owe 1077.00 from a 300 loan. I don't know the laws in Illinois, but I have told them I would set up a payment plan as soon as they sent me a detailed bill. Are they not obligated to show me what I owe.

I am about 9K in debt from two credit cards I have. One is $100 over the limit of 7K b/c I had to pay my car insurance in full and the other is 3500 credit limit, which I show a balance of about 2600.

I have three payday loans that I cannot at the moment pay due to financial hardship. They keep harrassing me for the money and keep debiting my account when there is no money in there. I borrowed 500 from Zip cash and the amount due is now 650. I borrowed 500 from discount advances and the amount owed now is 1250 how can that be? I also have one with payday today for 300. What can I do to have them stop harrasing me saying they are going to take me to collections in court.

i JUST GOT A LITTLE PUPPY THE OTHER DAY, A 14 WEEK OLD Chihuahua , it seems like she was abused. i think she has worms as well. i gave her some worm medicine the night i got her and gave her a bath as well. she is very very skiddish. i am going to be taking her to the vet next friday, wanna take her asap but no $$$. i think her front leg was also broken at one point and healed all funny. i feel so bad for this little girl. any advice on puppies would be great. thanks guys!

So, I was recieving calls on a daily basis from my PDL's, but I filed compliants with the BBB and my state's DFI, and haven't heard anything since. I'm working with a company to consolidate the loans. Is this the calm before the storm? Or, are they going to be calling in full force again?

Hello - I received a call from a Matt Snocky with Enhanced Recovery Corporation this morning, once at work and once on my cell..didnt answer..he left a message but just gave his contact info. Does anyone know if Enhanced Recovery Corporation works with PDL companies?? Thanks.
