Okay....a new twist in my Western Sky/Cash Call fight....when I filed my complaints with my state AG I also filed one with the South Dakota AG (since I confirmed that Western Sky is chartered as a SD LLC). SD AG responded promptly and forwarded my complaint to WS and gave them 10 days to respond. I got a follow up letter from them today stating that WS has informed them they are in the process of resolving my complaint.....the enclosure was a letter from Bogue & Bogue law firm stating they have been retained by WS to respond to their inquiry and to look into my complaint.

Hello, I just found the site and am starting to get a handle on these loans. I live in Florida and they were ALL obtained online. They are all currently up to date and the payments are coming due again 10/5/. I'm hoping to take action so they don't totally drain my account again next payday! I read the advice on what to do to deal with unlicensed payday lenders. Does anyone have knowledge of these lenders and if they are legal/licensed in Fl?

I am on the phone right now......... They will NOT reverse the payments that have hit my account after my ACH revocation letter for 2 different payday loans. Fees now total 306 and 140 in unauthorized payments. I have quoted the REG E to them and they say they will not because its payday loans. I am sooooooooo mad!!!!

I have been receiving collection letters in the mail for months. First thing to take notice is my first name is mis-spelled. Second, it indicates I have an outstanding debt with Sears National Bank. I have never done any business with Sears, never had a credit card through them. I have only had one credit card and I still use it and pay regularly to it. I checked my credit report and no where it states any account with Sears. They are offering me a settlement offer also.

I have three payday loans: one for $500 with check into cash. my balance is now $355. Another with cashjar. balance is $650. I just got that one last month so the $165 they took out was just interest. the last one is a line of credit from cashnetusa and my balance is $1310. Someone told me to use Blue Ridge Law Group to consolidate but I am nervous about the whole thing especially since they all do automatic withdrawal except check into cash. Would it be on my credit if I did use these people to consolidate? Check into cash is an actual location I go to. the other two I did all online.

What happens if my credit is already ruined by having 3 debts turned over to collection agencies (1 already has payment plan established...can I include this in consolidation)? If my credit rating is already bad, would bankruptcy be better? I just can't get out of the hole even though I only have the 3 accounts in collection. (I was able to pay off my other credit card accounts.I have started going to a free financial counseling service to work out a budget, but they don't do debt consolidation. I am 68 years old and can't save anything for retirement. I still work full time.
