If you look to either the right or the left, whichever way you have your page set up, there is a thing that says Instant Messenger. From there, you can enter your user name and instantly chat away! Hi all, Here's another story regarding Asset Acceptance. Over the past month I have been dealing w/ an attorney for Asset. Yes, they are suing me for $1493.18 (per the court summons) stating they are an assignee of First USA. When I requested validation of the debt I received a letter from the attorney, an affidavit signed by a "Supervisor" of Asset claiming my indebtedness and a breakdown of the debt (principal, purchased interest, and interest since purchase), Interest Amt., Asset Acct.

I have too many payday loans and are looking for a way to consolidate them into one payment. Is there any debt consolidation company that can handle internet payday loans?

Can a collection company legally speak to my husband about a credit card account? He is not on the account and is not an authorized user. Thanks!

I was told to go to the do it yourself pages and find the letter to stop them from take money from my paycheck but i cant find it.

Can anyone give me positive or negative feedback on AAA Cook County Consolidation? I was just wondering if they have helped people or not. I was also wondering if they are a reputable business. Thank you.

There's been some posts about this "company" on here. A quick check of various state regulating boards show's that LVNV, and their host of companies, is mainly owned by RLI Insurance out of Illinois. That's who takes out the bonds in various states. RLI is a publically traded, run of the mill insurance company. You won't find anything about scavenger debt buying and illegal collections practices on their website though.

Need help w/ PDLs...is there anyone who can consolidate them? they are all internet pdl's being automatically withdrawn from my bank account
