I made a few small loans and had small credit cards from the past I didnt have a job then and just made enough to pay month to month. Thats what got me so many small loans.Now I have two jobs well I make enough to be living the good life but I have so many little payments its hard to catch up.

I just got off the phone with AMC (mortgage company's collection branch). I can't make my payment on time (not a new problem this past 6 months but I am working on situation). Anyway, they suggested that I take out a Payday Loan! I have agreed to make an extra payment next month already, so how am I going to make that payment, all my other bills and pay off a payday loan? Just had to post this idiocy!

I have been called by a michelle hoffman and threatened. She says she has a sprint bill from over 10 years ago and that i need to take care of this immeadietly or she will take actions that will affect my credit. All the info she has is the last four of my ss#. I asked her for the phone # for this bill, of course she did not have it nor could she send me a copy of any information showing i had any transactions with sprint, probaly because i never have been with sprint. Beware.

My loan with united cash was for 300 on the 15th of march. An interest of $90 went through on the 31st of march. Next interest on 16th April did not go through. On the 24th of April i called and spoke to a rep in their collections department who told me my balance was $510. At the time i was way to flustered to calculate because I had 7 of them going at me. I told him i didn't have any money. He offered that I pay $420 now or make 2 payments of 255 each. Truly I was mixed up and thought the actual loan I had was $350.

would like to know who i can go through to consolidate all my credit cards with a low interest rate?

Can anyone tell me what they think i should do... Last August my husband was hospitalized with Viral Menangitis and was out of work for a couple of weeks and so was i so that i could take care of him...that was the beginning of our nightmare. We fell behind on all of our bills, we got some assistance for 1k from DuPage county and that was all i could get. I have tried to get help from everywhere but because I got those monies i am no longer eligible for any other assistance. I know 1k sounds like a lot but it only covered part of the losses.

I had an agreement with a debt collector to pay a debt, and they cgarnished anyway!! can i do anything at all. it is not a payday loan it is an old credit card. thanks

What can you do if the bill collector will not help you if you want to make payments and he just hangs up on you and threaten you on the phone

I just checked my savings account that was tied to my old checking account that I closed. The $80 that One Click Cash debited from me that I disputed was put back by my credit union. Yay! That means I will now have enough to pay T & C. I also contacted the manager at Advance America today. Our loans were due Friday(me and hubby). They haven't deposited the checks yet and I worked out a payment of $50 per month on my loan of $575 and $35 per month on my hubby's of $345. She was super nice and very easy to work with me. I am so relieved.

If I have sent the debt validation letters out and received 2 responses back of the 3 that I sent out. One is from Central Financial control on an account from a hospital it seems. Their response is as follows: Quote:

Our office is in receipt of your fax dated Febuary 27,2007. Please note we are in the process of reviewing and investigating the concerns and issues outlined in your letter. All collection activity has been suspended pending investigation of the same.
