Well guys and girls, Blatt, Leibsker & Moore finally gave me a court date with the local magistrate. 6/12/07 I will go to court, they hired a lawyer from Pa. I am hoping that my correspondence will hold some weight. For the past 3-4 months they wanted me to pay large sums that I could not afford. They hung up on me once when I called to confirm their fax number. They said they never recieved my correspondence, when I sent it to the fax number on the letterhead, they stated it was the wrong one. I have made settlement offers and payment arrangements offers that they have completely ignored.

I got my first credit card when I was 18, and I thought that I had a something good in my hands. But little did I know that I was heading to a life of debt. I didn't know much about credit cards, but now I do. It can lead to trouble if you don't use it well and thats waht happen to me. I had two credit cards, retail credit card, and a cell phone balance to pay off and on top of that, I have a job that barely gives me hours to work so I can get enough hours to work so I can make enough hours to pay off some of my debt.

I just sent off my e-mail revoking everything with EZPayDay Cash and will fax it to them also but does anyone have a fax# for WorldWideCashNow? I am getting ready to e-mail my letter revoking everything but would like to fax it also. Does anyone have any legal info on if a company is legally required to provide you with loan documents? This is the company that says I agreed to everything verbally in a recorded conversation.

hi, i have to go to court on the 22nd of this month because i was summons because my settlement company had the wrong fax, it they did not get it time. i had to get the correct fax and gave it to them. i called the place that issued me and told him what happened, and i asked if i still had to go to court, knowing that the company had the wrong info, and the guy told me yes. i was told that he is being nasty and that he can drop the charges. do you think that i will be ok?

5/20/07 Any one out there been in this situation? Defaulted a loan with check n go and asked for a repayment plan. She said write 10 post dated checks for this so called repayment plan which ends up to be a an "installment plan:. that is how they get around the law by useing words. Now it is in way default and i have been stop payment on 4 of the checks with 6 to go. Not sure still what to do. I sent copies of everything to the State Banking Financial Institutions in Chicago and all they said, was yep, you owe them. no da. no help at all.

I am in the process of attempting to purchase a new car and found 3 items from Palisades. My first reaction was to swallow my pride and pay them, but I am now scared that paying them won't accomplish anything. Assuming I settle with them, what can I do to get some sort of validation out of it? I am short on time due to the fact the auto loan expires in less than 30 days. ANy advice?

hi guys i have 12,000 in debt with seven credit cards i am 2 months behind on all. and i am ready to start negoitiating i was just wondering about what percentage of my balance should i tell them i want to pay starting out i know people usually say 50% of my balance i was just wondering if i should ask them to wipe out more than that.i currentley dont own anything and at this time i really dont care about how my credit report looks. bassicaly i dont have anything for them to try to take fom me.
