I took out a loan with them over 6 months ago. They have already made over $2000 from me, in fees alone. So about 2 weeks ago, I had to close my account because someone gained access online. That caused my payment to Cash Transfer Centers to be returned to them. I made arrangements to pay in full this past Friday, with the intent to re-loan AGAIN. But then I was informed that I would only be able to borrow $200, since I now get paid weekly. There was no way I could pay them $820.00 and only get back $200.00.

I have an old credit account that has passed the statue of limitation and a collection agency recently contacted me. They also did a credit check/inquiry. I am considering making an offer that would cover their costs to try to keep them from selling the alleged file to another agency. If each alleged file owner in the future gets a credit check/inquiry,I am afraid my FICO score will go down. However, I don't want restart the SOL by making any kind of offer. Advice, opinions How common is it for a file to be sold several times?

These people have been calling me and I finally called them back just now and spoke with Marc Waney. He was undescribably rude. He says they're trying to collect on a catalog account from 1995 and another account from 2001. He says "You need to pay your bills. Obviously you don't and that's why we're calling you." I told him I did not owe on a catalog account nor the other one and if the debt is from 1995 (that's over 10 yrs ago, right? LMFAO) that he can't collect on it and to remove it from my credit report. He then said "****, I'm not going to remove anything!

I have a lot of dr's bills and other bills that are affecting my credit i want to be able to get my credit good so i am able to buy something like a house or condo and be able to afford it. I am a single mom with 2 kids. I have never had really good credit but i want to try to work on that know. I have no credit card debt i actually just got my first credit cards not that long ago and i am 29 yrs old thats when i thought my credit was improving but i got my credit report and somethings on there are written off but they won't be taken off my credit until 2008-2009.

Well it's not too hard, i got my first credit card, made alot of purchases, when it came time to pay i couldn't do it because i went on a deployment with the USS Ronald Reagen, when i came back my debt was way out of control. I'm also making car payments too so it's becoming pretty hard to control all my money and still have enough for gas and food.

I came to fort hood Texas, fresh out of college. I need a break from school. Got out here and mess around and took out a loan that i did not need, and every sice been tring to get back on top of things.
