What does THD/CBSD mean on a credit report?

I had a note approach foreclosure and accepted a forebearance plan. I made somepayments on it but could not handle the additiona load financially and it slipped toward foreclosure. I actually recieved a letter stating that but it did not go to the attorney. I talked to the mortgage people and tiold them I would sell my house to pay the loan off. We wanted to move anyway. I arranged to do this but the note kept showing late. The credit report shows paid off foreclosure started. Any ideas or suggestion how to get that staement off of there. It does stick out.....

I have an account sold by a creditor to Collection Agency. The account shows on my tri report as to the original creditor but not the agency. The account shows as "Charge Off" "Cahrge Off BAd Debt" and so on by the creditor. If I pay off the debt with the CA...does the creditor make any notes on their side or does it still show as charge off etc..... Any thing I can do about it?????

Wolpoff & Abramson 11140 Rockville Pike Rockville, MD 20852 My son had a Provivian credit card with chargesof 1900.oo and he didn;t pay the charges.The above attorney has filed a judgement against property owned by me and his dad.How can they hold us responsible for a debt that we don't owe? My son is 34 years old and his name is not on the deeds to our property I called them and tried to explain this to them and the man I talked to would not even listen to me. How can I get this judgement against us removed? We can't sell or do anything until this is settled

I owe them money, but have no address or any way to get in touch with them. They haven'y called me or anything and I know that my payment was returned to them. Any help would be appreciated.

my nightmare started with a mr. lomax ,called me at my work and said he would be at my home in the morning to arrest me for theft of a musical instrument once i agreed to give him my chcking account info, not knowing he is in fla. i in pa. now 5 months latter i missed a payment threats have returned i requested he send me a letter with beging balance payments made and balance owed, his response waas he dont have to send me *#*# ! and hung up on me now what do i do i have aready paid them 5or6 hundred dollars. made me cry the first time not gonna let him bully me no more

I need to know what pdl is affliated with SGQ processing. I called back to Jackson, Phillips and Associates to see if they could tell me but Dean McCoy told me that the company took wrote a cease and desist letter. But I want to know because truthfully I have forgotten the other name of the company. On my bank statement it says just SGQ processing. I have taken out other pdls but all of them keep in touch via email with me. SGQ processing doesn't do that.
