OH MY GOD! Thought you should now. WHAT DO I DO NOW?!?!?!??!

I had a payday loan with CashnetUSA. I had a medical expense and did not have the fee in my account. I asked to extend it but the couldnt beyond the date. the payment when in and bounced and automatically went in again split into three amounts.. I now had 4 NSF'S and other bounced payments due to this. I am now very far in the hole. I need a month to get my living expenses paid so I am not evicted or loose my car. I asked for an arrangement they wouldnt wait as long as I asked. I sent an email then asking for an address so I can send in payments as soon as I can they didnt respond.

I got myself into a mess with cash advances here in Ohio. Does anyone know of any company that will help with this?

Ok, so once again, i sent another letter to them, basically saying the same things i've said in the other 5 letters i've sent them but this time i included ALL my previous letters to them. Is there ANY chance CACH would want to settle this debt with me before the scheduled court date on May 29, 2007?? That's only 2 weeks away! I'm a nervous wreck but i WILL be there! Also, I have been in contact with Bud Hibbs and he gave me the name of an attorney about 60 miles away from me. I've sent him an e-mail and also left a phone message but haven't heard back from him yet.

At least that's what it says when they pull money out of my checking account. I need their address. It's the last address I need for T & C. Any help would be appreciated!

how would one barrow money from there life insurance plan

Help! Through years of living and spending, my wife and I are now asking for help from someone to help us get our financial life straightened out. We always thought that as we have progressed through our careers and made more money that this problem would go away. As you can tell since I am here, that isn't the case. Oh we do make more money, but we owe a lot as well. Our latest venture had us moving to New Jersey about a year ago to the jobs of our dreams.

OK, so i'm trying to get a loan for 10,000. I have many bills i am trying to get into one. On top of that my cars engine is about to fall out. I have tried USAA and Bank of America and neither of them will try to help me. Please help me out. I really need this loan so i can get on top of things and get my money situation straightened out. I need to know of a good company that is not going to mess up my credit even more. I need to do something with my debt and I dont know what company to choose. There are so many out there and I know a few people who have joined a debt program and in the long run got more in debt and made their credit even worse please someone help me I need advice very badly.
