I live in California and have 4 payday loans from the internet. I can't take this anymore. I finally closed my bank account last week. I'm starting to get calls from them asking for my new bank account. the amounts of the loans are.... #1- borrowed- 300.00 + 90 finance owe- 200, #2 borrowed- 400.00 + 55 finance paid one payment (finance charge ) owe- 455.00, #3 borrowed- 300.00 + 232.00 finance ( 8 payments then it was paid ) owe- 465.71, #4 borrowed- 600.00 + 340 finance charge ( 4 payments of 235 and it was paid ) owe- 470.00.

hi everyone! i need a help, if someone out there can answer this question. I make a settlement with a ca last feb. and 4 of my automatic payment went thru, but last two did not 'coz my bank account closed 'coz i have a lot of nsf 'coz i don't have enough money to pay them. it's not like i wrote a check they just asked me to set it as automatic. my question is, is it a fraud that i don't have money on my account? i did not sign on any kind of agreement it's all done thru phone. i'm just really scared right...

I just got served arbitration papers from Geneva-Roth Ventures at my home at 8 pm tonight. This is one of three PDL's I have left. I know they're not licensed in California. I've emailed Langhorne Law, which I have been working with since last year. I read the paperwork and they want 1430 for a $300 loan in 30 days. Can they do this if they're not licensed here? I haven't heard from them in months!

hello everyone in debt cc land.. i wanna write letters to the collection agencies i owe with settlement letters how do i go about writing them.. anyone have a sample letter for me to use?

My husband had a Household CC I know definately that we have not paid on it for at least 3 years due to financial difficulties. We are aware that they sold the debt to a collection agency, Im not sure which one, we've learned to ignore their harassing calls & any mail I receive I dump it, but after seeing on the board that people are actually being served to go to court I am now a little worried. I've read this, but still unclear of what it means.

I just wanted to receive some info about debt consolidation loans and if we needed good credit in order to receive it. we applied to lending tree but we have gotten no response so we're assuming thaat we are unable to receive a loan through them. we dont know our exact credit score but its not good. we have a few accounts 30-90 days over due. we only have one account we have not payed for about 4 or 5 months because its rediculous min payment. thanks you

Who does this number belong to? They call repeatedly and will not say anything when I answer. 304-881-4312

here's MY experience with UF (to which i say FU) they call my number at least 15 times a day and when i answer, it's a voice recorded message saying blah blah "please call 281-647-4155" so i do. and after 10 rings it puts me through to a voicemail... blah blah in english and then a minute of spanish and then a message saying "THIS MAILBOX IS FULL YOU CANNOT LEAVE A MESSAGE" (this has happened EVERY TIME that i've called that number back) great. okay, so then i call the number that's on my caller ID is 281-647-6152. RUDE is not the word for them. they are nasty. they chew gum in your ear.
