I have recently signed up with T&C for the consolidation of my PDL loans. I know that many people here have dealt with T&C consolidating loans with Checksmart. A man from Checksmart left a message on my phone at work saying that I had until 8:00 PM to come into the store and pay back my loan or he was going to turn me in. I am very nervous about this. I have talked with T&C a couple of times in regards to Checksmart and they said that they will handle it, however,I need to know from those of you whom have dealt with Checksmart, if T&C took care of them.

I had a payday loan through CashNetUSA. I got it in December of 2006. The loan was for 400.00. I made 4 payments in the amount of 100.00 a piece, so 400.00 total. I am in Oregon, and Oregon law only allows three rollovers. I defaulted after making the 400.00 payments. Now they are threatening me, and say I owe them 635.00. Oregon law Only allows one 25.00 overdraft fee. Am I legally obligated to pay all of this. They are licensed in Oregon, but come on 635.00 for a 400.00 loan that I have paid 400.00 on.

Does anyone know? Thanks....I'm searching and I can not find anything.

I have a question about Texas collection law. I opened credit accounts in TX, in Sept 2000, and moved to another state in Jan 2001. I paid regularly and on time until August 2003. Then, I defaulted. I have not paid since. The SOL has expired for these debts in my new state. The TX SOL will not expire for a few months. My questions: Can the TX SOL be used to file suit against me? If so, will the suit be filed in my TX town, or where I live, now, in another state? How likely is a creditor to do this?

I don't have any judgements. I am afraid before the SOL expires, a collector might sue and get a judgement. Will I be able to file bankruptcy to get rid of the judgment, if I meet all the requirements? I have been unemployed for 7 years.

I started not knowing its illegal to have multiple payday loans in Arizona. Got carried away stating/saying that I have only one. Had my wife involved too and now totals to 8...We tried everything else but consolidation and we are living off rolling over them. Now getting calls everyday for return checks. We prefer keeping our bank account active. We really need our life back, please help by sending payday consolidation company names that can help with me settle our debts.

i apply here for loan at route 66. i do verbal contract for less or more scheme. but system keep saying that my routing number not accept ach debit or credit. that is not true. i bank with washington mutual. they accept ach. why not work??? please help. i want loan
