I am dealing with 7 different pdl that are all in default. I need help. 6 of them are storefronts, and 1 online. I've made arrangements with 4 of them, but i'm not able to pay. What will they do next. I don't want them calling my job, can i avoid that? Am I able to get all of them consolidated.

All of you have been so nice in answering all of my questions so now i have another one pertaining to my daughter who is 23. She has over $1,000 in medical bills that have been turned over for collection. They are 3 or 4 years old, someone advised her NOT to pay these bills! She was told it will come off of her credit report in 7 years regardless if she pays them or not. Something to me doesn't seem right here. Is this true? She was also told by the same financial advisor, supposedly, that medical doesn't affect your credit all that much.

How do we let our local attorney generals offices that they keep calling my office and harrassing me. I wrote and faxed our many letters asking them please send me an invoice/bill and I will gladly pay the amount due. All they want is Western Union payments. What meds are they on? Any suggestions. I did not even request a loan from them, i recieved a pay day loan from another company and when it was put into my account, 2-power funding deposited the same amount. What is going on?

I applied for a loan with my credit union of 8 years and they denied me as usual due to delinquencies. I have pay day loans that i need to pay off however my wages just started getiing garnished by Ford Motor Credit due to an outstanding bill of 1600.00 that I owe them on a lease that I turned in last year. I have the last class to take for my Master's degree next week and I have no idea how I am going to pay for it. I am only taking one class so federal student loans are out of the question. I am barely keeping up with day care payments, car note and rent.

I received a call on Monday from someone named Henry Jay from AS & Associates and he stated that he is a private investigator that works in the check fraud department. He said that National MoneyStore had turned my case over to them, and either I had to pay $722 immediately or get a criminal record. From reading the various posts on here, I know what he threatened was against the fdcpa. I just spoke with him again and since he hadn't heard from me, he was going ahead to files the check fraud charges against me. I live in Wisconsin.

I have been a "lurker" and have learned alot reading everyones posts. I have been dealing with 4 PDLs. DMS Marketing, USFastcash, Payday Ave, and Geneva Roth. Today I got the waiver letter for a $600 refund and a PIF letter from DMS Marketing. Granted those aren't actually in hand yet but I feel like a winner. The lady I am dealing with is Vedia Johnson. When contacted about the refund I was requesting($600 dollars, I paid $990 for a $300 loan) they wanted to refund $300 dollars. I quoted the laws for my state, which is Wyoming, and the situs laws for the TILA.

I currently have four payday loans out and i have been told they can garnish my paychek by 60% each! I am in serious trouble all because i was short on one bill, took out another loan to pay for another then had to take out two more to pay for those ones?!!!!
