Hi i just opened a checking account two days ago and the bank called me to day to say that some one had withdrawed 49.95 out of it. i teel you what if they do not put the money back in to my account i am going contact the police and report them this is a bunch of bull sh*t. I want my money and i ant it back know. :twisted: :evil:

4/26/07 I cant begin to tell you how scared i am. I have check n go for over 700.00, pay day loan store for over 600.00 and first cash advance for over 500.00 all taken at the same time and in aurora, IL. I am broke, and nothing in the frige. check n go gave me a "repayment plan" by writing out 10 checks allposted dated . I have stopped payment on two of them. they called me yesterday and said they are starting collections. i did not call back. i do not know what to do. someone please help me. thank you james

Hi, I have gotten numerous ugly emails from a Jamie Bailey with Westbury Ventures telling me that a Check Recovery System is trying to match my name/ssn with a valid checking account, and then they are going to attempt to debit my account for the full amount of my payday loan. Can they actually do this, or is this a scare tactic? I have already had a company like this put one account 600.00 in the negative; i do not want this to happen to my current account. Any advice, please!!!

Payday loan companies you "owe" money to (read that as: you are demanding a PIF) stop contacting you altogether? I have a different phone number, but I've sent email after email and fax after fax, and no one is contacting me. What does this mean? Has this happened to you?

I found this charge from cic on my bank statement,dont remember ordering it or where to go to check it out.can anyone tell me where to go or who to call to clear this up and have these charges stopped.

Okay, so I just posted a message about Payday Ok then went to their website (since they were the only one's to email me back saying they were looking at it). It said my account is past due. So I decided since I sent the same number of emails to Payday Select, I would check their website too. Theirs also says my account is past due. In fact their verbiage is the EXACT same as Payday OK's.

After 4 emails to Payday OK. I receive a response back last night. The very first line of the email says "*THIS IS NOT AN ATTEMPT TO COLLECT A DEBT". I think its funny since in my original email to them I was asking them to mark PIF and to send me a refund of the overpaid amount (approximately $100). I also informed them I was filing a complaint with the AG in Texas. In their response they said my account was being reviewed and they are working on a suitable resolution for both parties.
