Some might remember that LTD Financial Services has been hounding me about a debt that belongs to someone else. They more or less found my name in the phone book, a similar yet different name, and tried collecting the debt from me. No biggie, I knew I didn't owe it. Yet they continued on like I was just some lying debtor. I was having fun until I received two calls less than an hour apart on Easter Saturday morning, starting at 8:09 AM.

My office has had 2 calls today. Each time they ask for the owner or the office manager. The first call gave me his name as Brando Braganca and he was with "JMJ Technical Services". When I asked him what he was calling in reference to, he asked me if I was the office manager and I told him yes, and then he told me "No you aren't you liar" and hung up on me. This call came in Friday. Today we had a call from someone named Eric wanting to speak to the owner or office manager and when I asked him who he was with, he hung up. Does this sound familiar to anyone?

My story is that when i was about 18 i got a Target Visa with a really high credit limit and was really irresponsible with it. Ive been trying to dig myself out of this hole im in for a couple years now but feel like i am not moving anywhere. If i can get a better interest rate and all my bills into one that would help out a lot. I look forward to speaking to someone and figuring out what can help me get to where i wanna be financially.

Does Great Seneca buy accounts from Providian? If so, would they're name be on the Wage Execution form I received instead of Great Seneca sine Providian would be the origional Creditor? My attorney is sure that Great Seneca is not trying to garnish my wages due to the PDL, however I am unconvinced. I do owe Providian money, but that account was from 6 years ago and I do not recall Great Seneca being a third party collector. Even so, acorrding to my attorney, Great Seneca sold all of their assets last year.

Ok, I know this is way off base from debt. Today I have been experiencing a lot of fluttering in my chest. Feels kind of like when one gets scared and your heart beats fast, (or flutters). I am not sure how else to describe it, but this is what I am feeling. It has been coming and going and it is very frustrating. I was wondering if anyone else has ever had something like this? I am one of those that hate going to the doctors to just be told it isn't anything.

I have a quick question. My wages are currently being garnished for a defaulted student loan. I have never been able to figure out the amount that is being deducted, meaning what % of my wages. I thought it was 25% total. Is this 25% of my total montly wages (I get paid biweekely) or 25% of each paycheck. Thanks!
