Iam behind on my car payment of 34 days can they repo it?

I am having troble with these people from Northway Debit already! I was on a couple of days ago and am trying to straighten out the mess I have gotten into. I live in Indiana and Northway loaned me $1500. It was due on 4/16 I believe but in the meantime I am getting a divorce and that account was closed. I cannot payback the full amount which is what they are wanting. I tried to explain my circumstance but they say they cannot accept partial payments.

I have a pay day loan that I am trying to find a physical address to so I can send payments. This guy Ronal Reynolds will only give me a money gram address and I can't get an accounting of how much I have paid and still owe. I want a physical address for him. The company is Westbury Ventures and the money gram goes to Las Vegas Nevada

Hi, I applied for a Payday loan through a lender who is not actually licensed in Washington State. Now it is showing as an inquiry on my teletrack report. Since they are not actually licensed in my state, can i get the inquiry off of my report with teletrack by disputing it? Alison

I was wondering if debt consolidation loan will be applicable to me which I have debt that is really past due since 2 years ago. Please let me know, if so what program.

Consumer has PRISM/CBSD on her credit report and does not know what that means.

Does anyone have an e-mail addresses for this company? I am not sure if they go under other names, but I just scoured their website and they don't proivde a single email addres!! :shock:
