Rescind Question

Hi I live in Texas and am trying to get out of this mess. I rescinded an installment loan with Speedy Cash within the 3 day window, Speedy Cash agrees. They claim after my rescind request that they tried to deduct the principal amount from my debit card (not sure why they didn't just use ACH) but was declined. As a result, the principal was not returned within the 10 day window the regulation states. Because of this, they state that my rescind effort is void. Just curious if anyone had any information to help me. My original loan amount was $2,000 and I've currently paid $2500.

Filed Chapter 7 - Creditor Promptly Sued

So I filed for Chapter 7 recently and one of my creditors promptly violated the automatic stay by filing to sue (contract dispute.) I called them to inform them that they were violating the automatic stay and I was hung up on repeatedly until I finally got one operator who said their legal team was handling it and I should just wait. Should I file an answer to the lawsuit ($175 filing fee) or do I wait and see if it's handled by the courts?

Offer of Compromise with IRS

Hello all, I am wondering if the IRS looks at available credit cards as an asset in determining an offer of Compromise. In other words, will they expect me to put balance on a few different credit cards to cover debt or do they just want to know what revolving cards I have?
