Is there any way to get negative credit FIA reported against me even though I have contacted them by phone and credit reporting agencies showing proof of payments. I was on a payment plan to reduce interest at their agreement and have never been late. They have reported me late 5 times along with BOA at the exact same time. Are they connected?

I am being sued by a business for non-payment of account, I have made 3 payments after suit was filed that have been accepted by business. Does receipt of my payments have any bearing on lawsuit of non-payment?

We received the same call today and same 2 weeks ago. A pre-recorded message .....They claim they are looking for a "Kevin Clark", (no idea who that is) and that there was a matter with an item returned from his bank. They stated this was not a solicitation and that they expect a response...same number to call back 866-410-8063, with a file number they gave me. My caller ID showed the name Grace Weinberg with the number 716-335-9051, which I googled and says its in Buffalo NY. Obviously, from these postings...IT'S a SCAM...I'm not calling them back but I do want the calls to stop.

Is Universal Fidelity a legit business? If I make a payment online with them they aren't going to steal my info and start emptying my account are they? I keep getting calls. I have yet to receive anything in the mail though the guy I talked to from UF said my address was not up to date.

I currently have 2 PDLs out. US Fast Cash $350 loan (have paid to date $715) United Cash Loans $200 loan (have paid to date $120, so if my math is correct I only owe them $80 more?) I only discovered this forum today (Thank God I did!) but before I found you guys, I took matters into my own hands, skipped all of the steps you guys outlined and went straight to my AG. Luckily, in my state (Arkansas), all PDLs in any way shape or form are illegal. And my AG is very proactive about taking down PDLs.

I have a loan with cashcentral. I'm in Texas and I believe its through a CSO??? I have had several loans with them, pay it off, and reloan. The last one is for $1500. I made one payment of $370 on it already. The next payment is due soon and there will not be enough money for it to be taken out. I want to make payment arrangements on it, but I don't know if I can do that. I know they are legal, and I owe, but I can't make $370 every two weeks on it! Also will they honor it if I send an ACH revoke letter?? Anyone with experience with them? Please help!
