I had gotten overextended after graduating from college.... I put most of my living expenses on my credit cards while paying for school out right to avoid student loans... this fall i was fired from my good paying job and quickly found a new job that cost me more to hold then i brought home... so i quit and started searching for a new job.... I am still job hunting after two months... I'm unable to pay my current bills and I'm now four and half months pregnant and medical bills have started to come in.... i don't know what to do...

I have existed merely on by the old adage "robbing Peter to pay Paul" and I am at the end of my line with this type of mentality. For years I have lived from paycheck to paycheck and while I make a decent salary I have four teens and mounting bills. My credit is horrible and I don't know where to began to fix my debt. I filed BK in 2000 and I had hoped to get out of debt after that and ended right back there again. Filing BK a second time is not an option. I am determined to fix this mess I got in and get on my feet financially.

i would like to have the number to a loan shop who been taking money out of my account. I got a 300 dollar loan back here in january and i believe that i am finish paying it but they still taking money out of my account. all I need is a number so i can correct this error.could u please help me?

I am just trying to figure out after reading this forum for about an hour now if I am understanding MN laws correctly...we have say 4-5 different payday loans and am paying lots and lots of interest and now they have thrown my checking in to the hole. Hi to all on this forum and thanks in advance for any help. My better half and I bought a house a couple of months ago on C/D and of course there was some things that broke and we had past debts still from the previous house. But we only have 3 different credit cards...which we have kept in mostly good standing. We did however make the mistake of getting some payday loans... which was a big mistake cause now they are taking over my checking account and leaving us in the hole so we can't even buy any food for the kids. Any help or advice would be good.

I have a account on my credit report that will be removed here in and year and a half (Due to the 7 year mark). But my question is that in the account history it has items that are well past 7 years still listed. Example: 90 days as of Dec 2000. Can I have that removed from the report? They do have quite a few listed.
