Does anyone know of a website which lists all brands in the pet food recall? There are supposed to be about 100 brands.

I found this site through google and i have some questions. I got a call from Superior through registering with this site. It was for debt settlement. I currently owe about 40,000. I'm going to call them Monday and see what they have to offer but I had some questions about debt settlement. I believe a friend of mine went down the road of debt settlement and this year when it came around to tax time she was told any debt that was forgiven would have to be considered a gift, thus adding about $10,000 to her income, which she then had to pay taxes on.

anyone know this number, they call and ask for me, when I say, yeah this is her they hang up, the number is 203-090-0001

Hi, I'm new to the site and need some advice. I am seriously past due on 5 credit card accounts totaling $30,000. All of them have been turned over to colleciton agencies. I was out of work on disability for 2 years and went back to work last year. I now want to settle the debts and have $20,000 at my disposal from a family member to settle these. The collection calls have ramped up lately and I've been called at work now that they have found out my work number.

I'm going to court in a few weeks for a loan of $2,600.00 from cash call. I simply fell into a hole that I can't bounce from at their rates.Has anyone gone through this I'm not sure of what to expect except that they want their money.

my daughters car was repossed when she was ill. Now she is starting to get on her feet when she received a bill for $9,000 for the balance of her loan. She does not have the means to pay or much of a monthly payment. What can we do to negotiate the balance or payment? Thank you

Yesterday I went around and around with Northway Financial aka cash transfer centers. They garnished my husbands check yesterday. When I was on a three way call with employer and a woman from Northway I asked the questions about them not being licensed in Oregon. I also ask if they were licensed in the US, because I was under the impression that they were not licensed either place. She told me and my husbands employer that since the loan took place over the internet, that they did not have to abide by my states laws.

I've been getting messages left on my phone message recorder from a "debt colletor" and a 1-800 number to call. I do not onw nor have I ever had an outstanding debt. Who ARE these people and what do they want?

I have been unemployed for 2 years and my debt has increased and become unrealistic. i have student loans. I have many credit cards and a medical bill. I really need a way out.
