Are you familiar with this collection agency? They are harassing me for a debt I never incurred.

Hello, Im in debt and I need help to get out of it. Im a teacher my credit isnt the best and on a teachers salary paying bills is hard and with a child is harder. I need to find someone that can consolidate all my bills and I can make one low monthly payment to them...does anybody know any banks or loan person that can help.

I have a very large amount of current, unconsolidated student loan debt that I do not know how to effectively handle. Only a third was taken out for education purposes, the remainder were due to severe, severe medical expenses due to a physical disability that I have, and the misuse of funds by one of my parents who I dearly love and am very concerned about. I do not know who to turn to to help me negotiate payment options, other alternatives and/or provide guidance.

I just received a National Arbitration Forum Claim from CACV. They are trying to collect money for an account that isn't on my credit report.But, CACV has dinged my credit report now with this same bogus account. What should I do next? After reading about this pitiful excuse for a company, I want to end this problem ASAP. If I did have an account, it seems that the SOL has expired also.

I have a current debt of approximately $3000.00 from an Amex CC that was turned over to AI. I have had some large medical bills and have had some difficulty lately paying this bill on time. AI has been calling my home at least 3 times a week for the past 2 months. I have had them to automatically draft 2 payments of $600 and $265 respectfully within the past month to get the account "current" and not turn me over to the legal department. The first payment that I authorized for $600 was a nightmare!! They withheld 2 payments of $600 instead and overdrew my bank acct!

Hello all, I have a story to tell and I need to find a way on how to get out of the situation I am in. As you can probably tell by my name, I am a farmer, and have been a farmer for over 40 years. About 3 years ago I was in an accident and a machine mangled my legs causing me to lose both of them. During the time, my wife was very supportive and loving and I don't think I could have made it through that tough time without her. Well when you lose something as important to yourself as your legs, you go through a lot.

Who reports to the bureau as "ncb/perfor"? It is showing as a revolving account which I am assuming is a credit card, possibly in the state of Ohio.
