My bank account was seized a few weeks ago. I asked the attorney on record what this was for. They refuse to give me any information. They said to look at my credit card. I told them I don't have a credit card. They told me this was something from 2009...but declined to give me any other information. I found out it's for HSBC. I had an Orchard Bank card that was closed and charged off in 2004. Then it was sold to a third party..according to HSBC. I DID have an Orchard bank card; which was secured.

Has anyone had an encounter with cash call, not western sky. Had a loan with cash call and I have stopped making payments. Now getting calls from cash call and a company called delbert services, however when you call back to delbert services it is really cash call. The original loan was 5,000 and I have paid over 11,000. I live in Michigan and trying to find out what my options are.

What documents do we require in order to settle a debt with the help of a debt settlement company..?? As in limited power of attorney, settlement letter, agreement letter,etc.. Anythin else other than that?? And what are their uses..?? TY for your reply..

I have 2 pay day loan's i pay more each pay check in fees then i make i need HELP. I have read so much i think i am more confused then before. I have one laon with Loan shop online/Penncorp I pay 210.00 every two weeks just in fees East side lenders i pay 200.00 in fees every two weeks I pay 30.00 for every 100.00 i was loan I cant keep doing this and i need help I am in FL. I have paid Paliside Collections twice now for the same bill. The first time I didn't keep record which was my own fault I was young and immature. Back in 2007 I was contacted by them again, and I paid them yet again. It is a bill from Verizon. They called me today 5 years later and leave a message, I call them, as now I am more "mature" and pay my bills and so on.. I called back and low and behold it is the same bill dating back to Jan. 2002! How can they do this? They say due to federal govement laws they can't mail me anything until I mail them a dispute with my receipt.

Hello, I have loans with western sky/cash call and plain green loans. I was given a $1500 loan from western sky and $600 loan from plain green. Not knowing that pdl's were illegal/prohibited in my state at first I planed on following all obligations with these loans. Now knowing that they are illegal I have followed the steps posted by Ohiogal1 on dealing with these people. I have since received follow ups from cash call only.

They put something on my credit report. I contacted them & they said they purchased from someone who purchased from someone...I never heard of anyone. I asked them to give me evidence & they pretty much suggested they werent required to send me anything but a letter. I disputed this with credit bureau(Transunion). Will this be enough to remove provided no proof exists?
