Hello, it's just me. So, Monday it seems I'm back in the office. I'm going to work this job until I find something else. It's no use throwing in the towel yet but I do not want to make this commute in the winter. The temp job fell through because they filled it internally. Just my luck :roll: I did have an interview Friday afternoon with an insurance agency that lasted three hours. I think he was ready to offer me the job but he had a couple of other interviews next week. There is no benefits with the job to begin with.

I am trying to get all of mine and my wife's debt into 1 loan. My wife is originally from Australia and is not allowed to work here in the states at the moment, so it is hard to make payments to her credit. I am looking for the lowest interest rate that I could possibly get in order to complete this transaction.

I have an outstanding credit debt from a credit card I ran up when I was in college. I have been ignoring the collections calls for the last few years, and was recently served with papers to appear in court. I called and spoke to the lawyers office that served me. THey said I have until April 25th to pay $6,200 in full. I don't have the money to pay it and would like to avoid going to court at all costs. I would also like to limit the damage to my credit as much as possible. I applied for a few personal loans, but was turned down because of a lack of collateral?

my house went in forclosure in 1991..the second was paid off by the new borrowers,,Im getting some bill from some collection company,,asking me to pay like $33,0000 or a good "deal" an just pay half,,,are they not ''breaking'' the statue of limitations law??..Thanks for your concern:..Bruce

yes i got 2 loans and need to refinance but i lost telephone number where to call not sure of the company i think its usa payday but on my bank statement it says nls payday 12

Hi everyone, My name is Amanda. I came here today looking for information about payday loan abuse. Not me abusing them, but them abusing me. Those companies see people like me coming from a mile away, and eat us for dinner. It is a viscious cycle, and I am not quite sure how to break free. A few months ago, my bf and I had to move because we got a 3rd cat. My landlord was ok with 2, but no more, and we feel that if you get a pet, it is yours for life, wether you move or not, but that is another forum for another time :).

A collection agency (NCO Financial) left two messages on my answering machine stating that they were calling about a debt I owe, saying their standard statement that it was an attempt to collect a debt. Can they do that, i.e. leaving a message that they are collecting on a debt? Wouldn't that be the equivalent of releasing information to a third party since they don't know if I live by myself or with someone else? I still have both messages on my answering machine.

I have been trying for over 1 month to get answer from midland credit management and portfolio recovery associates about something on my credit report. I have called and all they did was send a letter of dispute. I have been the victim of ID Theft. I have been on hold with their Fraud department for over 5 hours total time that I have called. I have left my number with several people and have never received a return call. I have sent registered letters with a time frame to reply and no response.
