They call and if my daughter wants to talk to them and when they say they will see her in court she say's do what you have to do and they hang up and won't call for a month and never do they take her to court .She doesn't care and I can not get her to care she say's they want do nothing but blow hot air. I have had them ask me to pay her debts and I alway's say no.

As you all know my daughter owes and owes has 2 car repos one because she called them and told them to come and get it and the oter when it was in a bad wredk she told them to eat it.She has credit card debt to and other things ,now here is my question the collection agencys always call mostly on weekend and she always tell them do what you have to do and nothing happens it's like their playing a game with her so what gives.

I sent Assest Acceptance a request for debt validation letter and what i got back was a print out from AALLC stating my name and last 4 of my SSN, current address, original nexcard account number, new AALLC account number, original amount owed and accrued intrest. The debt is not on my credit report because if if was valid at one time, it is over 15 year old. Can I get a copy of an old credit report or how do I contact the original debtor without the proper information? Thanks for any help

I really believe payday loans should be regulated and then smart people wouldn't find themselves in the mess I am now. I have read several of your responses and they have given me the information I need. I was in the same spot and will try some of your suggestions. But does anyone know if there is a way of consolidating them all into one payment. Most credit counseling places say no because they are unsecured loans.

I have a Lowe's credit card that I have made minimum payments on for 1 year and havent been able to make payment on for 4 months. I will have access to $2,000 and my obligation to the credit card at this point is $3,500 how do i handle this to see if they would take and settle the debt for that amount?

how do I find out how someone used my account to pay for something from quick card service.please reply. thank you
