To Whom It May Concern: On this day of March 8, 2007 I’m writing in reference to Hess Kennedy I’m writing in concern of $402.00 that has been due back to me since February 4, 2007. I faxed a copy of my cancellation with the company, because they are very unsatisfying to me as a customer. I canceled on December 1, 2006 and I been getting the run around from the company since then. I will have to seek further concerns if I don’t get the money that is due back to me.

My car was reposessed on Monday and I am trying to work with the bank to get it back, but they are asking for the lump sum of my balance and I'm not sure I can get that amount as quickly as they want it. I spoke with an attorney this morning who said that I could recover my car by filing Ch. 13 bankruptcy. So, my question is which is worse or better in the long run for my FICO score? Bankruptcy or the repossession? I checked my credit report this week and I have several late-paying accounts and also have PDL debt, so clearing the repo is not the only challenge I have right now. That is the reason I posted about browser tweaks few days back. And I am sure that those who have tried this have felt the difference! How can I stop the company so called named SJM Marketing to stop deducting money from my account? I have called my bank to make stop payments and said they can't.

Okay, I think I have become an addict to reading the laws on PDLs, etc. This is all I have done for the past 4 days, lol. Anyway, I am about to close my checking account, so that nobody but myself will have access to my account number in the future. In preparing for this so that I can let the bank know of which RECENT debits to my account are fradulent ACH debits, I decided to go through all my bank statements since January '06. I'm in total amazement as to how many loans I have taken. Wanna guess? 29? Good guess...how did you know?? I can NOT believe I did that!!!

Can they come to my office to repossess my car? Is hard collection allowed at all?
