This section received your complaint against Geneva Roth Ventures. This company has never been licensed in Minnesota to make pay day loans, and licensing does not appear necessary, as the company appears to operate outside of Minnesota under the laws of another state, probably Kansas laws.

When i got divorced i tried to make it easy. Well i kept my ex out out of my retirement(married over 10 yrs while in the army). So i thought iwas good..well the ex hid 40+ grand in debt...well now i have knocked it down to about 18 with help on this site. Now Financial Recovery Systems calls me saying i owe 8500 to citi. Trying to do right i told them i was contacting citi to negotiate a settlement..then they say their client, citi, will let me settle for 5111. I agree that sound okay. then they want an electronic check right then to settle.
regarding Law Office of Mitchell N. Kay18 years 10 months ago I hear all of these bad things about this firm. They are schedule to take out a payment that I owe with a credit card company. I am afraid for them to do so, what can i do so that they cant take the money. I confirm with the original creditor and this is the company that is suppose to handle the debt. The fact that we always try to value your said and unsaid desires, has been proved again. I am talking about such a community need that was felt months ago when we added the Video section and asked members to send their own Videos to us for inclusion in that category.
Why 2 steps? Why members cannot upload Videos of their own? These questions compelled us to do further improvement.

Also, I was reading that deferred presentment loans (payday loans) in the state of Arizona must have a contract signed by both parties. If I did one over the phone where they recorded it and no "signed" document was presented does that make it illegal as well?
