After I settle my debts, will my credit be repaired automatically or will I have to take help from a credit repair company?

Hi All - I'm sure you all know the pain, I've felt like my world was collapsing over the past couple of months. I never knew this resource existed and sure glad I found it. I'm overdrawn in my checking account and just trying to get back to normal. I have a LOT of loans. From what I see, I may even hold the record. Very humiliating. Ready for it to be over. Please help, anything is SUPER appreciated. I'm including a summary of all loans. I live in Texas and curious what the best course of action is. First I want to identify which lenders are ILLEGAL in Texas.

Student loan headed for default. Original loan amount was 25,000. Consolidated once 15 years ago with new york higher ed. Then loan went back to direct loan. Now serviced thru mohela. Loan amt is now 70,000.Am i able to consolidate again. When i call loan servicer they have no options for me.

I am having deep seated financial issues due to being the sole wage earner due to my husband being hospitalized due to hypertension. He has been retired, we get just a little assistance which goes toward bills and medicine. Hello, I took out an emergency loan from Radiant cash for $300.00. I have never taken out a loan before and was uneducated on the laws regarding installment loans. When i went to pay the representative said it is accumulating at $50 dollars a day! Obviously this led me to fall behind. I emailed them with the advice from this forum regarding the laws and that I am revoking ACH and no longer obligated to pay over my principal. They replied advising I signed the documents and i must pay the full installments. Four payment of $76.31 have been debited from my account totally $305.24.

If there is a cap on a pdl in a state and a person takes out more than that amount, then what needs to be done?
