I just got a letter saying i owe sonic care centers some money. Who is this? i cant find them in the BBB. Is this Sonic Payday, Northway Debit, CashTransferCenters???? I did loan from them so i want to tell them they are full of it if i can find out who they are. Thanks

Westbury Ventures....Need help I got a payday loan from them back in late summer/early fall of 2005. I got in over my head with several payday loan companies. My checking account was closed due to overdrafts. I was out of work for over half of 2006. Starting back in late fall of 2006 I started getting emails from a lady at Westbury Ventures. Now I'm getting on average 2-3 a day. They range from threats to "special offers". I emailed her and told her that I could pay 25-50 a month because I didn't get paid all that much at work.

I have an aunt (who is more like a sister than aunt) who has 3 children, (whom I am more of an aunt to than cousin), 2 with Cystic Fibrosis. The 2 with CF have been pretty sick with flu like symptoms. The older of the 2, the daughter, is doing better, but not 100% yet. She is like 19 or 20. The son, who is the youngest (18) is not doing so hot. My mom just called me and told me he is in the hospital with only 23% of his lung capasity. He is hooked up to all kinds of things and is on oxygen. He is very weak. This is very dangerous for those with CF.

I recently received last chance to pay a direct tv bill originally 98.52...will except 54.19....have fought from day one did not receive local channels...which i paid for repeatedly for months...so feel i do not owe this...do i pay lessor amount and get off credit record...or keep trying to get them to try to understand. I was about to choose InCharge debt solutions, but noticed there was quite a bit of negative feelings to InCharge. It looks like T&C has a pretty good reputation. I just recieved by American Express card and as soon as I used it,it was reported to the fraud department. I have given them 2 notarized letters stating that I am the person on the account, my passport, social security card, a poland spring bill with my name on it. That is not enough to prove my identity.They asked for a utility bill in my name (none are in my name, they told me to switch them into my name),w2 and or a pay stub. None of which I am going to beable to find before April 3. Why is what I provied not enough ?

I had a collection agency (Associated Credit Services) calling me and sending me letters. I validated the debt over the phone, and in a letter to that collection agency. The last letter they sent me gave me 30 days to pay off the account "or they would be forced to return your account to our client in order that they may determine whether or not to proceed with further action". Before that 30 days was up another collection agency (J.C.
