an unauthorized withdrawal for $49.95 occured on my account. I would like to have that refunded ASAP. thank You

and their fax #, if you guys have it. I have searched their ames, but I can not get either one, just their regular #. Thanks.

okay, so it is lying, but I called wells fargo and said I wanted to close my account to stop ach withdrawals from payday loan companies. they said even if it is closed they cannot stop the ach's because I agreed to it. So later on, I called again and told some different rep that my purse was stolen and want to close my account. He said that all activity, paper checks, electronic checks and ach's would be returned. he is sorry that this happened to me. Now that was easy wasn't it???? apparently if you say you lost your stuff or it was stolen, they have more mercy?????

Hello, I know that this has been already asked and answered, but I can't find the org posts anywhere. Can someone tell me how I can find out where there PDL companies that I am working with are licensed? If they are not licensed in PA (my state) are they doing business illegally? Also, much debate has been goign on over whether they need to follow the 24% cap in PA. Goudah (who I will add seems VERY knowledgeable on bank issues) says that they must follow only the interest cap in the home state that they are licensed.

It all started when I was 18 and started to make pretty good money. I was a bartender at a local bar and did pretty well. For the first year and a half, I saved nearly $8k and was consistently saving every month. I went on spring break in mexico and thats when things started to get a little out of hand. When i retunred home, I was about $800 in debt and I was transferring away to school.
