I got a RUDE call from these people asking for my son who is mentally ill and they claimed he has an outstanding debt to a record house from years ago for 35 dollars. I know for a fact that he never had any such thing, these people are jerks and I feel like I'm speaking to someone in the Twilight Zone, especially when I ask for them to send validation, they get mad at me and hang up! I belong to donotccall.gov and I will put their number on the list of complaints. 1-800-620-0371 The government needs to protect citizens against people like this.

regional arbitration services have called my work and threatened court action and wage garnishing if I don't pay a payday loan from 2005 which I thought I had paid but have no receipt from that long ago also I am pretty sure it wasn't in 2005 but was in 2002 or 2003 I asked them why are they calling me now and why I have not received anything in writing and they said a law was passed in Jan. 2012 where pay day loan places could go back and collect anything that was still open is this true and what should I do?

I have not authorized ARS to my knowledge to withdraw any funds for any debt out of my checking account. I have not received any official documents, orders nor notices from any court either that says they can. I only receive $700 for a family of four, section 8 and disability/retirement. How do I cease and desist them from taking these funds out of my account, and of course you can never get a live person on their phone line. Please help me I couldn't even buy my son's school supplies as a result of this Ms Broke Brown
