I have a few internet loans and two storefront loans that I am working with T&C to consolidate. However, I have to wait until my next paycheck to go any further with T&C. My storefront one will have tried sending their payment through by then as today was my last day to pay it and I didn't have the money. I am closing my account tomorrow so that the other PDL's don't try to take my whole check again in interest, therefore it will also stop the storefront PDL's from going through as well. I know they are licensed in my state so I am kind of scared as to what will happen now. Does anyone know?

I talked with Consumer Credit Council of America today. They say that they can help me with my payday loans. It cost me 2500 for the attorney who's name is Richard Brenna and Associates. Anyone heard of him? They work with the PDL's and try to settle for 46% of the loaned amount. They set me up on a 24 month payment plan that would cost me 152.00 a month........since I am paying out about 900.00 a month now to them this seems great. To get started I have to give them the first 152.00 to get this started.

Anyone know the true name of this CA? He identifies himself as being with FRF. Phone number showing on ID-caller 888-367-6592 This is the second time he has left a message stating he would like to ask me some things before he signs off on my file.

I'm unable to get these two accounts in to my dmp, chase gives the excuse that I was once in the program and can not go back in for another 5 years, i have a total of $2,639.24 40% of this is fee's anyway and bill me later will not accept me into the DMP for some unknown reason i think its beacuse they don't do that but its a total of 1,419 dollars with them. I'm looking to settle these myself I want to try to settle for as low as i can get them does anyone have any sort of information or letter on this? thanks

West Assest Management called me and I wouldn't give them my address because I didn't know at that point who they were. When I asked what the debt was about they said they wouldn't give me any information about the debt until I confirmed my address. Can they do that?

my credit score is rather low because of student loans. is there any way i can get all of them consolidated and get a monthly payment to get them paid off?

As everyone knows, I am trying to get caught up on my mortgage and am waiting for my tax check to come in so I can make one payment and then when we get paid again in 2 weeks will make another payment, which means we will be caught up for Feb and Mar and then we will just owe for April in April. The past 2 weeks we have spoke to our mortgage company at least 6 times. Would have been more if we answered the phone each time they have called. We have explained things to them practically each time as to why we are behind and what we are trying to do to rectify the problem.

I am about to graduate from college and have applied to be a City of Columbia, SC police officer. Upon getting my credit report I found that there were a few MD/Dental bills I was unaware wasn't paid by the insurance ($1500) and a credit card at ($1300). I need to consolidate these bills and pay them back. I also need proof for the Police Department to show I have arranged payment before I am able to take the position. Can you please help?

I have not been home very long and just checked my email that I use for things that I don't want going to my regular home email and I had 325 emails and out of 325, I'll bet maybe 20 of them were NOT from PDL companies offering me money or some type of money card and there were the ones offering to make my "bad credit disappear". The other 20 were offering to help me extend "inches" onto body parts! I sat here and laughted because almost every one of the of them said I was pre-approved and respond ASAP! But 325 emails!!!! And this has been since yesterday!
