interest on account18 years 11 months ago Found this board enjoy reading all of the post. Have my own question. I have a credit card in collections now I am making payment. The attorney office that has it, is still charing interest on this account. Can they still do that? The account was from chase manhatten bank. The payment I sent only is being applied to the principal. Want to settle in a few months. Want to know if I setttle will I still have to pay the whole or will they might forfiet some of the interst amount.

I had all my mail being sent to my home of record Personal info removed for your safety - Mike. At one point statements were showing up there but then they stopped getting them. I have not been able to contact who I am supposed to pay and my credit is suffering greatly.
help with e-mail fraud?18 years 11 months ago vikas, here is what the check says From Ever privatecard service.com charging me 49.95 without my permission and had this number. and when i called it i got your e-mail that is how we got confused sorry. i turned them over to the fraud center at my bank who will get my money back into my account in abount ten days sorry please let others to becareful on surveys and free in home work like me i got this stuff with out knowing it.ok.can't read phone number will call my bank and see if they will e-mail me the number they maybe able to read itok. thank you for your help.
