Anyone have any tips on how I would tell One Step Cash that I am not paying them any more money? I have paid them $360 for a $300 loan. I am in Ohio and no rollovers are allowed so I have paid them their principal and then some. Also, I have several more Ipdl's that I should only owe a little bit more. How do I handle those? Pay them what I owe legally then send them a letter?

I am currently in a credit consolidation that is not to my liking. Not all of the creditors are accepting the terms, which is forcing further over limit and late charges on those cards. I just want to pay them all, get current and live on a budget that I can handle. :oops: To be debt free is far more important than having something just because you have the impulse to get it. It's far better to save for something and enjoy it knowing it is paid in full. I'm under $5,000 in debt. I want to get it straightened out now.

I can NEVER get a live body. I was holding for almost 50 minutes and I'm on hold now waiting for someone to pick up. CRAZY!
